Shipping policy

At Ambar.Photos, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to several customers across the world, and work hard to ensure that we provide the most effective delivery options available, supported by the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

When you make a purchase from Ambar.Photos (the “Site”), we use third party systems and partners to deliver your orders (online and offline).

Shipping to Indian customers is currently free, however shipping to international locations (outside of India) are dependent upon the size of the package as well as the destination country. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed on the checkout page, before the payments page. 

The time frame for offline order delivery is divided into two parts:

- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the partner for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received. The delivery partner processes the orders, which could takes an additional 2–4 days.

 

- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. For domestic deliveries (within India), after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

 

- Since destinations and their waypoints vary, as do handling protocols (basis the size, fragility and weight of the package), at Ambar.Photos, we usually newly on manual interventions and facilitation for the best customer experience. So, please allow for a lengthier delivery period - for cost and operational effectiveness.

 

- At times we may communicate shipping costs and timelines offline (post receipt of the order) so that we can ensure the best possible delivery experience and cost effectiveness.
